Elizabeth Autrey, LPC, NCC

As a counselor, I am dedicated to empowering my clients by helping them build on their strengths and develop the resilience needed to overcome personal obstacles. I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey toward living happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

I take a holistic approach to therapy. This means exploring not only emotional and mental health but also how factors such as physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and personal values contribute to overall wellness. I am flexible in my therapy approach, adapting to meet the unique needs of each client to effectively assist them in reaching their counseling goals. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore life’s challenges and stressors at their own pace. My mission is to help individuals find clarity, build resilience, and reclaim peace in their lives.

To support my clients’ diverse needs, I have completed specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. These evidence-based approaches, combined with my holistic perspective, enable me to address a wide range of issues, from trauma and anxiety to stress management and relationship challenges.

At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to walking alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and embrace the life they deserve. Together, we work toward building a foundation of strength, self-awareness, and hope for the future.
